History & Transcript Dashboard

The History & Transcripts dashboard provides users with a list of courses, pathways, and live sessions they've enrolled in. Details include the Offering/Pathway name, the type of offering, and the completion status. If the offering has been completed, the completion status displays the date and time of completion. However, if currently enrolled in an offering that has yet to be completed, the status will appear as “In Progress”.

From this dashboard, users can generate a transcript to create a downloadable copy of their transcript.

➜ It may take 24 hours from the time of completion for the completion status to be updated.

Once a Transcript is generated, the option to download the transcript will appear, as called out here

➜ For users that may have accessed the older version of the On-Demand Training Portal (previously in Bridge), the generated transcript may also display this data, along with data from the current portal.
