Premium Subscription LIVE Training Webinars

For institutions that have purchased a Premium Subscription Training Package a list of Live Webinars offerings appear in the Courses and Webinars tab. They will be grouped under the Live Webinars category and can easily be found using the Filter option and selecting “Live” under Offering Type.

Live Training Calendar

Those with a Premium Subscription Training Package also have access to a Live Training Calendar within the On-Demand Training Portal. The Live Training Calendar allows users to browse sessions organized by date as well as the ability to select sessions to view details and enroll.

By selecting the Options icon for a session, users can choose to enroll in that session or view the Details of upcoming sessions to access a pop-out window with a description of the session, a link to the session agenda, and enroll options.

Interested in enrolling in this webinar, but at a different date and time? Within the pop-out window, there is an additional tab that allows users to view and enroll in other sessions.

Once Enroll is selected, a pop-up will appear to confirm enrollment.

A check box on the calendar will appear for sessions in which a user has enrolled. Users will be notified via email of upcoming webinars they are enrolled in and can join the live webinar from an embedded link. Session links will be live 15 minutes before the start of a session and close 15 minutes into the session.

By default, the emails will be sent to your portal inbox with a link to the webinar. Check your notification settings to send a notification to your email or send push notifications to a device.

By selecting the options icon for a session a user is enrolled in, users have the option to Unenroll in the session.

Unenrolling in webinars can also be done from the Courses & Webinar page by opening the webinar session list and selecting the appropriate session then choosing Unenroll. From here users can enroll in a different session if desired.
